Yeah, yesterday was nice to worry about one big thing, I thumbnailed 3 pages and felt good for the rest of the day.

Yesterday I watched reactions to Core A Gaming's Salt video, which I wrote before that I really liked it. It spoke to me as someone who uses negative distortions over every lil' "bad" thing I do while learning.

The reactions from the two competitive players were bewilderment by the negative thinking stuff. "Where's the salt?" They asked; salt is usually known for lashing out, breaking controllers, etc. Even looking at my own blog post, my title wasn't about getting sailty but about the negative thinking itself. They did related to a few distortion traits, but mostly, they were confused. It's interesting to see how competitive players think. Both players admitted they would pin theor lose on the other player. They weren't inwardly thinking negative about their gameplay. (Until they watch a replay)

I'd be so nice to have that sort of attitude. Maybe when I feel confident pressing buttons and which decisions to do in a match.
