The LukeKen script is finished. I finished the last scene and I'm happy with it. At 45 pages, it's my longest book I'll draw yet.

At least right now, I'm the only shipper of these two. I don't mind if after spending months on it that it doesn't sell that much. I wrote so many scenes I'm excited to draw--and will become frustrated when the drawing doesn't match what's in my head, ha ha. It's purely a book for me.

I've been brooding about how to go about making a backlog of drawings for 2 weeks now and I felt the worst this weekend. I wish I started that before I began writing. More and more, I see glaring errors in my illustrations that could have been fixed if I slept on it and tweaked the next day. For example, yesterday I posted a rough of a chibi drawing that was supposed to go up last Saturday on SNS. I then saw a bunch of errors so I tweaked, inked, and colored it. But that evening I noticed Ken looked too out of proportion compared to Ryu, so I tweaked that this morning to post for today's post illustration. When I take more time with something, I like the results more.

Please bear with me especially this week as I try to finish Ken's comic in time. At this point I'm worried if I can. The first idea keeps spiraling out of control when I write it out, so I may need to think of a different idea.
